Superior Materials LLC is Hiring a Billing Analyst Near Farmington, MI
* Responsible for billing assigned range of plants:
* Completed for previous day by 1pm
* Month end completed by 10am on the 1st business day
* Month end reports compiled and sent to appropriate departments (some overtime may be required at month end)
* Responsible for timely follow-up and documentation of billing issues.
* Work closely with Inside Sales Coordinator and Salesmen to resolve pricing issues
* Responsible for additional billing sent by Sales Coordinator (i.e rentals, testing, additional services)
* Maintain Production to Billing spreadsheet
* Maintain Inventory Exceptions spreadsheet send to Operations monthly
* Track lost yardage and send reports to Operations
* Requires a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy while completing tasks in a timely manner.
* Provide backup for other billing team members
* Assist with sorting, filing and mailing of invoices and statements
